Hi, I’m Teresa
I bring together decades of experience across clinical practice, university education, and nutritional science.
My work focuses on translating nutritional research into practical therapeutic strategies that support individuals experiencing complex or unresolved health concerns.
By combining evidence-based clinical nutrition with naturopathic medicine, I develop personalised treatment plans designed to support lasting health improvements rather than temporary symptom relief.
Consultations aim to identify the underlying drivers of imbalance and restore physiological resilience at a cellular level.
This is not symptom management.
This is precision nutrition and naturopathic medicine designed to help your body heal, adapt, and thrive.
30 Years of Clinical Experience
Clinical Expertise You Can Trust
As an Associate Professor, I bring together extensive experience across:
• clinical nutrition practice
• naturopathic medicine
• university teaching and practitioner education
• evidence-based health research
This unique combination allows my patients to receive care grounded in both scientific evidence and clinical experience.
Outside of Practice
Outside of my clinical and lecturing work, I enjoy Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, and weight training.
I regularly lecture across Australia and New Zealand on nutrition in sport and health science education.
I also enjoy literature, the arts, and physical pursuits that challenge both the mind and the body.
